She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph D. Herrington and Olivia Mae Herrington (Tays); her siblings, Jack, Thelma Jean and James; her grandchildren, Keith and Jerry; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Connor and Josh.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Mooneyham, Jr.; and her daughters, Cara Sue Holdsworth and Patricia Miles. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
