Douglas Whitacre Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2020, at the age of 62, Douglas Whitacre of Smithville, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Wilbur Whitacre and Lena Whitacre (Pyrtle); his significant other Marilyn Gabriel; his daughters, Courtney Whitacre (Ricky) and Hillary Owens (Blake); and his brothers, Bill (Joan), Craig (Barb) and Travis Whitacre (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
