She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stephen and Martha Elma Shepherd (Cox); her husband Larry R. DuBois; and her sister Bonnie June Shepherd. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Jones (Kevin) and David DuBois; her grandsons, Jimmy and Quinton Brown; and her great grandchildren, Zoey and Maysen. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
