He was predeceased by: his parents, John Corbett Meadows and Karen Sue Himelrick. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Lynn Meadows; his children, Nicole Ellison (Adam), Danielle Meadows, Pamela, Teghan and Lars; his stepchildren, Anthony Tolliver (Megan) and Tara Keightley; his children, Nathan and Dylan; and also, Matthew, Abigail, Gwenyth and Grayson. He is also survived by his brothers, sister, many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

Flowers will be accepted at the funeral home or donations to Bikers for Babies or Road Racing World Action Fund.
