He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Hulshof. He is survived by: his son Evan; his parents, Melody Hulshof (James) and Kenny Hulshof (Lori); his grandparents, Everett James, Mary James, Walt Ridenhour and Juna Ridenhour; his uncles, Mark James, Mindy Fisher, Melinda Yanik, Burt Yanik, Erica Livingston, Bryan Livingston, Tony Hulshof, Karen Hulshof, David Hulshof and Amanda Hulshof; and also Tiffany. He is also survived by two step brothers, and two step-sisters; aunts.
