He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Kay) of Smithville, MO.; his children, Jerry (Vicki) of Sugar Grove, IL and Christine Carver (Jeff) of Grain Valley, MO; his stepson Travis Martinez (Kristen) of Lee's Summit, MO; his granddaughter Savannah Leiby of Great Falls, MT; and his great grandchild Oliver Carver.
