It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Palmer (Smithville, Missouri), who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe and Ethyl Mae Palmer (Platz); and his brother Michael Joe Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Palmer; his children, Andrew Henry Michael Palmer (Annie) and Loretta Katherine Wickins (Chad); his grandchildren, Jared Edward Wickins, Macy Joelle Wickins, Jonas Kaden Palmer and Kinsley Grace Hyden Palmer; and his brother David Lee Palmer. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

The family is asking for donations to be made to the Smithville R-II Foundation for the William Carson Palmer Memorial Scholarship.
