He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Reno Cranfill and Amanda Emily Cranfill (Runge). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Yvonne Kinner; his children, Dennis Cranfill of Smithton and Judy Lynn Smasal Sedalia (Mike); his granddaughters, Emily Smasal of Nixa, MO and Amanda Smasal (Eric Vaughan) of Lee's Summit, MO; his great grandchild Maya Emily Vaughan; and his sister Margaret Joe Butler of Lenexa, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
