With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Kathleen Morton (Smithton, Missouri), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Stanton and Carolyn Geer (Ahrens); her former husband Edward L. Shull; her daughter Theresa Fisher (Schull) of Smithton, MO; her husband Ted L. Morton; her children, Terry Morton (John) of Loveland, CO and Michael Morton (Angela) of Wheatland, MO; and her siblings, Laurel Holem and Rick Geer. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice Foundation in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, MO.
