He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayward DeLarm and Lorena DeLarm (Langston); his granddaughter Elizabeth Grace Lightfoot; and his brother Leon DeLarm. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Faye Whitsell; his children, Dale Langston "Shay" DeLarm, Jr. (Angie Millsaps) of Belden, MS and Melissa Lightfoot (Greg) of Warrensburg, MO; and his grandchildren, Dale Langston "Hunter" DeLarm, III, Parker Lightfoot and Audrey Lightfoot.
