It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara L. Scarborough (Smithton, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert LeRoy and Evelyn Daniels (Neuwell); and her granddaughter Heaven Leigh Riott. She is survived by: her husband John Henry Scarborough; her children, Leigha Marie Riott of Independence, MO, Susan Ruth Tweedy (Jeremy) of Independence, MO, Laura Shannon Harmon (Steven, Sr.) of Green Ridge, MO, John W. M. Scarborough (Doris) of Holt, MO and Paul Jacob Scarborough (Tasha) of Smithton, MO; and her siblings, Danny Ray Daniels of Milford, OH and Joanie of Michigan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to American Lung Association or Benton County Hospice.
