She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Cook and Alice Miller Cook; her spouse Ira A. Crumbaugh, Jr.; and her siblings, James Michael Cook and Sandra Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Crumbaugh (Dawn) of Miami, Jack Crumbaugh (Cindy) of Marshall, Jeremy Crumbaugh of Ogden, Utah and Dana Cordell (Lane) of Marble Hill, Missouri. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
