He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon D. Jackson and Shirley Bennington Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie K. Bryson; his children, Bo Jackson (Chelsie) of Slater and Johanna Dunsmore (Larry) of Grain Valley; his grandchildren, Dillon Dunsmore, Makayla Crook, Dominic Crook, Keylee Jackson, Mavryck Jackson and Jett Jackson; his great grandchildren, Kingston Crook and Athena Crook; and his siblings, Vernie Jackson of Slater, Rusty Jackson of Slater, Penny Burks Parrish of Slater and Tammy Johnson (Jackson) of Sweet Springs.

Memorials are suggested to the Good Shepherd Hospice in care of the funeral home.
