It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Lester (Slater, Missouri), who passed away on March 14, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Wiicox Lester and Jerome Lester of Gilliam; his significant other Pam Hathaway of Slater; his children, Alan Lester, Joshua Lester of Excelsior Springs, Amy Lester Short of Richmond and Ashley Clevenger of Excelsior Springs; and his brothers, David Lester of Gilliam, Richard Lester of Knoxville and Jason Lester. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
