She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Bossaller and Georgia Level Bossaller; her husband Richard H. "Dick" Vernold; her brothers, Richard Bossaller, Russell Bossaller, Howard "Gil" Bossaller, Paul Houston Bossaller and E. W. "Buck" Bossaller; her stepbrother Theodore Bossaller; her sisters, Dorothy Wilson, Annie Place, Pauline Brightwell and Virginia Meyer; and her stepsister Ida Spicer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
