She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Harold Adams and Elizabeth Neikamp Ackelberry; and her brother Harold Lee Adams. She is survived by: her close friend Allen Morton; her daughters, Glenda Sue Leaphart of Altoona, FL and Connie Jo Hughes (Dale) of Independence, MO; her grandchildren, Richard Wood (Sara), Kendall Brison (Jake) and Shannon Hughes; her great grandchildren, Brandon Wood, Lane Brison and Brinlee Jo Brison; her sister Roberta Knight (Ben Frazee) of Slater; her half-brother Roy Adams of Mexico, MO; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Adams of Glasgow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
