It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Hager of Slater, Missouri, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fred and Helen Genell Hardin Hager; and his daughter Allison Hager. He is survived by: his wife Debra Sparks Johnson; his son Addison Hager of Slater; and his stepchildren, Amber Ibbotson of Weaubleau, Robert Foreman of Sequim, Travis Johnson of Winnetka, California and Tyler Johnson of Winnetka, California. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren.
