It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Miller of Skidmore, Missouri, born in Westboro, Missouri, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Horner and Dora Horner (Stinnett); and her husband Paul David Miller. She is survived by: her children, Alice Chesnut (Allen), Paula Clark of Skidmore, Alisa Geib (Howard) of Fairfax, Missouri and Jack Miller of Etna, Ohio. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
