She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Locke and Irene Brazier Locke; and her son Phillip Randall. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Randall; her children, Paul Randall (Amy) and Tanya Dubois (Drew); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Cody, Ian and Courtney.
