He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Raymond Williams and Florence Emma Williams (Lindelius); his siblings, Elizabeth Roberta Ferguson (Ernie), Ralph Phillip Williams (Ingrid) and Urlind Victor Williams; and his significant other Marvilyn Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Mae Wilcke (Harry) and Eugene Ernest Williams (Enid); his wife Marvilyn Summy; his children, Andrew Williams (Laurel) of Bristol, IN, Lynne Moon (Ken) of Silva, MO, David Williams (Marlene) of Dayton, OH and Daniel Williams of Tidioute, PA; and his grandchildren, Grant Williams (Lindsay), Eric Williams (Katie), Vicki Moore (Nick), Mark Moon (Wendi), Brandon Moon (Lyndsee), Heather Wills (Lee), Gregory Moon (Hannah) of Tyler Williams, MD, Travis Williams (MacKenzie), Thaddeus Williams (Veronica) and Adam Williams. He is also survived by his sixteen wonderful Great Grandchildren.
