He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harper and Dorothy Harper (Naumann); his brothers, Hank Harper, Jim Harper and Patrick Harper, Sr. (Stella Mae "Susie" Harper); and his great grandchild Connor Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harper of Silex, MO; his children, Lloyd John Harper, Jr. (Misti) of Troy, MO and Ginger Arillian Harper of Silex, MO; his grandchildren, Cody (Mindy), Kimberly, Colton and Madalyn; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Lillian, Avery, Brayden, Evelyn and Adrian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
