He is survived by: his father John "Jack" Hembrock, Sr. of Silex, MO; his siblings, Tony Hembrock (Gwen) of Marion, IN and Carmen Moore (Matt) of Alton, IL; his nieces and nephews, Emily Dean (Ransom), Danielle Hembrock, Tommy Hembrock, Ole Moore (Dylon Ehlers), Matthew Moore and Brookyln Moore; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reid, Emeryson, Alice, Bella, Kayson and Oliver. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
