He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis William and Mary Vivien Sullivan (Mudd); his brother Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Witte, Mike Hubbard and Roberta "Tootie" Sullivan.

He is survived by: his granddaughter June; his wife Ellen Sullivan of Silex; his children, Billy (Lawrence William), Jennifer Lee Klein (Scott) of Silex and Jessica Denise Ponder (Richard) of Silex; his grandchildren, Alyssa Nicole Nicewarner (Zach), Riley Marie Sullivan, Rachel Lauren, Sydney Elizabeth, Brooke Danielle Klein, Jayden Rae and Joely Kate Prater; his siblings, Sharon Fredrick (Dan) of Phoenix, Sandra Witte of Troy, Mike Sullivan (RoseAnn) of Silex, Jack Sullivan of Silex and Maureen Lenk (Steve) of Troy; and his siblings-in-law, Leon Hubbard (Pam) of Winfield, David Hubbard (Peggy) of Silex, John Hubbard (Debbie) of Foley, Jaime Hubbard (Rhonda) of Elsberry, Carolyn Hubbard, Joyce Taylor (Jim) of Greenridge and Sherry Miranda (Ed) of Tucson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
