She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Momphard and Nancy Ann Cox Momphard. She is survived by: her spouses, James Richard Stephens and Robert Wendel; her daughter Mary Sue Shelton (Charlie) of St. Charles; her grandson Stephen Colbert (Jamie) of St. Charles; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Colbert, Zackary, Isaac and Shelby Welker. She is also survived by seven brothers, two sisters, parents and husbands.
