He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Reed Hale, Sr.; his brother Christopher Carl Hale; his grandmother Daisy Margaret Johnson Parker; and his stepfather Charles Ralph Davis. He is survived by: his sisters, Lori Ferra (Jorge) of Sikeston and Melody O'Dell (Charles) of Sikeston; his nephews, Brandon Hale (Joyce), Aaron Hammer (Tracy Branson) and Brian Austin O'Dell; and his niece Kayla Burton (Brad).
