It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thersie I Church of Sikeston, Missouri, born in Swifton, Arkansas, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Hutchinson and Ida Hutchinson (Foust); her husband Alfred C. Church; her sons, Vern Church and A. C. Church; and her son-in-law Larry King.
She is survived by: her children, Boyce Church (Pamela) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Tim Church (Lisa) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Carole King of Chaffee and Mary Cato (Jim) of Houston, Texas; her sisters, Betty Polston of Clarkston, Yvonne Schumaker of Arnold and Loretta Soden of Tuckerman, Arkansas; and her granddaughter Hannah Church. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
