He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Chappell of New Madrid, Logan Chappell of Sikeston, Jordan Chappell of Springfield, Nathan Watkins of Jackson and Kenya Kinder of Rockview, MO; and his sister Jane Chappell of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
