He is survived by: his wife Tonya Rogers Burgess; his stepdaughter Tosha Scowden of Morehouse, MO; and his siblings, Darius Burgess of Sikeston, MO, Mary Burgess of Sikeston, MO and Jenneth Holland of Bloomfield, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
