She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Stewart (Cary), Mark Moore (Melissa), Cindy Rutledge (Kevin) and Kimberly Woodworth; her sisters, Linda Redd, Kathy Kuykendall and Phyllis Bell (Danny); and her caregiver Tanya Hale. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
