She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenneth Douglas and Faye Jenette Wells Douglas; her daughter Leslie Ann Rettig; her grandson Dustin Ross Rettig; and her brother Gary Douglas.
She is survived by: her husband Wallace "Gene" Hosey; her son Tim; her daughter-in-law Stephanie Hosey of Scott City; her grandchildren, Gayle LaVerne "Trey" Rettig, III, Tori Menzel and Lindsey Campbell; her great grandchildren, Adelaide Menzel, Liam Campbell, Rowan Campbell and Niall Campbell; and her siblings, Rita Cooksey, Charlotte Tidwell, Kenneth Douglas and Sarah Wolffer.
