With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orvel Wayne Witt of Sikeston, Missouri, born in Charleston, Missouri, who passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Witt and Mattie Bullard Witt; his siblings, Glen Witt, Lonnie Witt, Wilbur Witt, Herbert Witt, Virginia King and Leta Jolliff; and his son-in-law Chris Mofield.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Witt of Sikeston, Missouri; his children, Randy W. Witt of Morley, Missouri, Julie A. Witt of Sikeston and Donna Jo "DJ" Mofield (Gary "Butch") of Dexter, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Austin Witt (Michaela Glaus), Ann Marie McClard and Garrett McClard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
