She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Campbell and Amy Cranick Campbell; her husband Vernon Sherry; her stepfather Jake Rhodes; her brother Bob Campbell; and her son-in-law Jim Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon "Jay" Sherry Jr. of Sikeston, Robert Michael "Mike" Sherry (Barbara) of St. Genevieve and Beverly "Suzy" Johnson of Vanduser, MO; and her grandchildren, Sherry Laubenstein, Steve Johnson, Carol Marschel, J. Andrew Johnson, J. Matthew Sherry, Ryan Sherry, Adam Sherry, Kelly Williams and Tory Hillis. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ponder Funeral Home (1120 N Main St, Sikeston, MO 63801). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Hospital.
