He is survived by: his wife Debora Neece-Dame; his sister Debbie Yarbrough (David) of Matthews, MO; his brother-in-law Roy Birk of Charleston, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Birk-Cook (Stan) of Jackson, MO, Greg Birk (Jennifer) of Charleston, MO, Daryl Birk (April) of Cape Girardeau, MO, David Yarbrough II of St. Louis, MO and Alyssa Moelm of Fenton, MO..
