He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Arthur James and Walcie Mae Rutledge James; and his siblings, Aral James Reynolds, Ethelyn James, Doris Ardeth James Wren, Wanda Elaine James Mahan, Billie Yvonne James Dale, Ross Burl James and Dorwin Arthur James.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Virginia Eaton James; and his children, Ronald Lee James of Sikeston and Diane Lynn James Berry of DeBary. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mathis Funeral Home - Dexter (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
