He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin Rutledge and Shirley Katherine Hileman Rutledge; his brother Mitchell Warth; and his mother-in-law Patricia Henry Thurman. He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Kay Lewis Rutledge; his children, Candace Mullin (Brent) of Sikeston, Kristin Norman (Zach) of Bloomfield, Jannie Tripp (Jamie), Ronnie Brittain (Alexis) and James Brittain (Erica); and his siblings, Frank Rutledge, Diane Bennett (Charles), Gail Hartzell (Rick), Peggy Price and Denise Murphy (Robert). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
