With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James R. Patterson of Sikeston, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James R. left this world on November 18, 2024 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the sacred silence of farewell, James R. is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, MaryBelle Gaddy Patterson and James Floyd Patterson; and his sister Betty Jo Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lou Johnson; and his daughters, Cathy Coronado (Rick) and Karen Schade. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Sikeston (1101 N Main St, Sikeston, MO 63801). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
