He is survived by: his mother Annie Fort (Salter); his daughters, Vanessa Moore and Tangie Avance; and his siblings, Stella Richardson of O'Fallon, MO, Penny Banks of Haywood, John Fort (Patricia) of Haywood and Willie Fort (Brenda) of Pinckerington, Ohio. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and close friends.
