He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Melvin Bell and Virginia Young Bell; and his sisters, Leah Bell Murphy and Myrna Bell Russell. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Bell (Julie) of Festus and Justin Bell (Gretchen) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.; and his siblings, Lorna Bell Ellsworth of Dyersburg, Judith Bell Mclemore of Cherokee Village, Jamie Bell Roberts of Portageville, Greg Bell of Sikeston and John Bell of Belleville, Illinois.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Missouri Department of Conservation, an organization that held a special place in Harry Joseph's heart.
