He is survived by: his children, Gary Martin Phillips Jr. of St. Louis, MO, Clarence Eugene Phillips, William Paul Phillips of Bloomfield, MO, Jennifer Ann Bassinger of Morehouse, MO and Brandy Kay Phillips of Sikeston, MO; and his sister Emma Sterling of Sikeston, MO. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
