He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Cindy Wheeler (Doug), Gerald Mitchell, Tina Jones (Bret), Jeffery Spence (Katie), Steven McClain (Vanessa), Rebecca Haywood, Christopher Wheeler (Angie), Justin Eilers (Crystal), Anthony Page (Kiristie) and Aaron Page (Jeanie). He is also survived by four siblings.
