He is survived by: his wife Mae Meeks; his daughter Melissa Merideth (Tim); his grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Merideth and Connor McClain Merideth; his siblings, Gerald McClain (Daisy), Carl McClain (Linda), Wanda Starks and Margaret McKinney; and his sisters-in-law, Paula McClain and Betty Essary.
