It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Davis Kelso of Sikeston, Missouri, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Davis Kelso and Mary Summers Kelso; his spouse Shirley Parker Kelso; his son Johnny Davis Kelso; his siblings, Meb Kelso, Reb Kelso, Harley Kelso, Vema Kelso-Young, Vela Kelso-Payne, Verb Kelso-Curtis, Peb Kelso-Cauthorne, Lave Kelso-Troope, Miriam Summers-Moore and Josephine Kelso; and his granddaughter Mary Jo Waldron-Blankenship.

He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Myers (Doug) of Sikeston and Karen Kelso-Waldron (Gary) of Fulton, Mississippi. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
