She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robin Renee Matney, Angela Faye Earnheart and Mark Bone. She is survived by: her close friend Barry Williams; her sons, Blake Lee Simmerman, Lance Elliott Simmerman and Cooper Elizabeth Hardin; her grandchildren, Haydin Powell, Zachriah Powell Simmerman, Reliznee Grace Powell Simmerman, Malik Quinn, Malichi Quinn and Zamoriaon Quinn; and her siblings, William Hale, Wayne Hale, Thomas Hale, Pamela Black, Georgeanna Hale Simmerman Gammons, Tina Simmerman Wickham and Katrina Lutes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
