She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Ray and Willie Miller (Harris); her son Wayne Goodman; her brother James Miller; and her granddaughter Delonnie.

She is survived by: her children, James Goodman of McHenry, Lonnie Ray Goodman of Arizona and Dorothy Jenkins of Wisconsin; and her friend Carol Clark. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
