She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward Hood and Flora Mae Prince. She is survived by: her daughters, Valeda Jo Lerue, Leatha Birt (Rick) of Springfield, MO and Melissa Hamilton of Springfield, MO; and her siblings, Susan Huddleston (Mike) of Sikeston, MO, Robin Tarasevic (Dan) of Gosnell, AR and Joseph Hood Jr. of Sikeston, MO. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
