He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rainwater and Tessie Mae Rainwater (Griffith); and his daughter Cindy Lynn Rainwater. He is survived by: his wife Frances Eva Noles Rainwater; his daughters, Gayla Younger and Rebecca Ziegler; his stepsons, Terry and Kevin Keene; his grandchildren, Jordan Keene, Wyatt Keene, Olivia Rainwater and Betsy Cookson; his stepgrandson Alex Langford; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Keene, Ivy Rose Keene and Zander Langford.
