He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Mae Noles Melton; his sons, Henry Richard Melton (Cindy) of Sikeston and Charles William Melton (Jennifer) of Union, Missouri; his grandchildren, Clint Reynolds, Tevis Melton, Seth Melton, Jo Melton and Charlie Melton; and his great grandchildren, Heidi Reynolds, Mila Reynolds and Xaevian Melton.
