He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Harless. He is survived by: his mother Mary Evelyn Harlow; his children, Charles Harless II, Isaiah Harless, William Harless, Mercedes Brooks, Shantelle Harless, Saralyn Harless and Savannah Harless (Grace); and his sisters, Rene Johnson and Michelle Spiller. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
