He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Bogle and Mary James Bogle Morgan; his stepfather William J "Bill" Morgan; his sisters, Jimmie Suggs and Jerri Lynn Garrison; and his brother-in-law Tommy Suggs.

He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Joey" Bogle and Kevin Milhime (Jessica); his stepsons, Thomas Warren, Derik Warren, Jamie Warren and Jeremy Warren; and his sister Darlene Downey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nephews and nieces.

The family requests memorials be made to Potters House Church.
