It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Chism of Sikeston, Missouri, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chism and Helen Ottinger Chism; and her son Robert Lee Pennington, II. She is survived by: her children, Barry Grissom, Cyndi Barksdale (Darrell) of Sikeston and Elishia Baker (Jimmy Parker) of Sikeston; her grandchildren, Scott Keefer, Nikki Brooks (Will), Elizabeth Clark (Josh), Lindsey Dockery, Blake Pennington, Leslie Barksdale, Will Barksdale and Zeke Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Rhodes, Ti Dockery and Miah Clark.
